- Seasonal industry workers must remain with the same establishment for the full six-month period.
- Re-joining workers with prior EPF contributions must authenticate their UAN via biometric or face authentication.
- Employers must be registered under the EPF and MP Act, 1952, hold valid PAN and GSTN details, and maintain timely ECR filings.
- Establishments with a baseline under 50 employees must create at least 2 additional sustained jobs.
