Should You Apply?
Candidates with a 10th pass and a National Trade Certificate should focus on improving their ITI marks as the merit is a simple average of the two. The competition is high with 2008 posts, so a strong score in both components is essential. Unlike previous cycles, there is no centralized merit list; each division prepares its own list, so applicants should keep track of their division’s posting schedule.
