About the scheme
The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, through Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), runs an internship scheme to give students hands‑on experience in solar‑wind hybrids, floating solar, solar manufacturing, battery storage, solar park development and rooftop or off‑grid solar projects. Interns work on supervised projects lasting from a few weeks to three years, receive a stipend based on duration, and earn a completion certificate upon successful finish.
