Who can apply (eligibility)

  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Sciences, Fisheries, Horticulture, Textiles, Handloom, or Information Technology.
  • Alternatively, must be pursuing or completed MBA Agri Business, MBA Cooperative, M.Com, MCA, MBA Finance, MBA International Trade, MBA Forestry, MBA Rural Development, MBA Project Management, Inter ICAI, or Inter ICWA.
  • Must be duly recommended by the Head of the Department of a UGC, AICTE, or ICAR recognized university or institution.
  • The applicant must not have participated in this internship scheme earlier.

Who cannot apply

  • Candidates who have previously undertaken an internship under this scheme are not eligible to apply again.
  • More than two interns per year from any single institution are not permitted.
  • A maximum of two interns simultaneously can be hosted per Regional Office.
