About the scheme

The NIELIT Internship Programme (NIELITIP) is run by the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. It provides students with hands‑on work experience in scientific/technical or non‑technical sections of NIELIT Haridwar, under a mentor’s guidance. Interns receive a monthly stipend, a certificate after submitting a report, and must maintain at least 80% attendance. The programme is open to Indian citizens studying in recognised universities who have scored at least 60% in their last qualification.
