These awards represent the highest recognition for CSR excellence in India.

Who can apply (eligibility)

• The applicant must be a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 or 2013.
• The company must comply with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013.
• The CSR project and related expenditure must pertain to the specified financial years.
• The impact of the CSR project/programme must be demonstrated based on the required reporting period as per submitted details.

• Completed nomination/application form.
• Company registration certificate (Companies Act 1956/2013).
• CSR project details and expenditure report.
• Impact assessment/report of CSR activities.
• Supporting documents or certificates related to CSR work.

How to apply

1. 1Visit the official website awards.gov.in and click the Registration button.
2. 2Select your category: Individual or Organization and fill in the required details (Individual: Name, Date of Birth, Nominator Type, Mobile, Email, Aadhaar Number; Organization: Type, Authorized Person Name, Date of Birth, Organization Description, Designation, Mobile, Email, Aadhaar Number).
3. 3Click Submit to complete registration.
4. 4Log in to the portal using your registered credentials.
5. 5Select the scheme from the list of awards and click Nominate/Apply Now.
6. 6Fill in all mandatory fields in the online application form.
7. 7Click Submit to complete your application.
