About RPF Constable
RPF Constable (Executive) recruits constables for the Railway Protection Force, which guards railway property and passengers. The recruitment is conducted through RRBs with a CBT, physical tests and document verification.
RPF Constable eligibility
- Education: 10th pass from a recognised board.
- Age: as given in the notification (generally 18 to 28), with 5 years' relaxation for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (NCL).
- Physical standards: height and chest as per the PST table below (lower for SC/ST and notified hill categories).
