Eligibility
- Indian Nationals only.
- Consistently good academic record with minimum 55% aggregate at graduation and post-graduation levels (50% for SC/ST/OBC non-creamy layer/PwBD).
- Category A: M.Sc. / Integrated M.Sc. in Physics, Materials Science/Materials Science and Engineering, Chemistry, or Radiation Physics.
- Category B: M.Tech./M.E. in Nuclear Engineering / Nuclear Science & Technology.
- Category C: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engg./B.Sc. [Tech.] in Chemical, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Category D: M.E./M.Tech. in relevant disciplines (GATE score required for screening exemption).
- Valid UGC-CSIR-NET / GATE / JEST score as applicable for screening exemption or qualification criteria.
- Candidates graduating in 2025-2026 awaiting final results may apply subject to fulfilling requirements and producing final marksheet by December 31, 2026.
