लाभ

• Fellowship amount @₹55,000/- per month with House Rent Allowances as per DST norms.
• Research Grant of ₹2.0 Lakhs per year and the cost of small equipment (up to a maximum of ₹3.0 Lakhs) along with Institutional overhead charges.

कौन आवेदन कर सकता है (पात्रता)

• Candidates in regular employment are not eligible; women scientists who are temporarily employed in research or academics may apply but must leave their earlier assignment if the WISE‑PDF project is approved. Positions such as research staff, Post‑Doctoral Fellow, Research Associate, etc. are considered temporary assignments.
• Minimum age to apply is 27 years and maximum age is 60 years; women scientists below 27 years are not eligible.
• Women Scientists holding a Ph.D. in Basic/Applied Science or an equivalent degree like MD, MS, MDS, etc. are eligible.
• Break in career is not mandatory to apply; women with a career break are also encouraged to apply.

आवेदन कैसे करें

1. 1Visit the DST‑WISE portal at https://onlinewosa.gov.in/ (open throughout the year).
2. 2Register on the portal using an active e‑mail ID.
3. 3An auto‑generated email will be sent with an ID and link to create a password; follow the link to set your password.
4. 4Log in to the portal and fill in the WISE‑PDF Project Proposal application form.
5. 5Preview the complete proposal before submission; edit if needed.
6. 6Click the 'Final Submit' button to submit the proposal.
7. 7After submission, the proposal can be viewed, printed, or saved from your portal account.
