Who can apply (eligibility)

  • Students pursuing courses or programmes through Open Universities.
  • Candidates already receiving any other scholarship for their undergraduate programme.

  • Students enrolled in diploma or certificate courses that do not lead to the award of a degree.
  • Students whose family annual income exceeds ₹4,50,000.
