Eligibility
- Officers from Central/State Govt./Autonomous Body/PSU holding analogous post and possessing minimum 3 years Bachelor's degree in any discipline with working knowledge of Computer (MS Office/PowerPoint); OR
- Upper Division Clerk in Level 4 (Rs. 25500-81100) with 10 years of regular service in the grade and possessing minimum 3 years Bachelor's degree in any discipline with working knowledge of Computer (MS Office/PowerPoint).
- ICMR departmental employees are not eligible for deputation.
