- 1Submit application in duplicate in prescribed proforma (Annexure-I) along with certificate from Forwarding Authority (Annexure-II) and required documents (Integrity certificate, Vigilance clearance, APARs, etc.).

- 3Applications may be sent by Speed Post or email at dsbp-iks@gov.in. Applications submitted by hand or in person shall not be accepted.
