पात्रता
- The applicant should be an Engineering Graduate or Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or Post Graduate or Graduate with MBA/ PGDIM from a recognized institute. Post Graduate degree in Naval/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Marine Engineering is an added advantage.
- Cumulative experience/exposure for at least 5 years during the last 10 years in Finance or Business Development or Production or Operations or Marketing or Project Management or Ship Design or Shipbuilding or Ship Repairs in a large organization of repute; OR cumulative experience of at least 5 years in core HR/ IR/ Personnel Management along with at least 3 years cumulative experience during the last 10 years in the aforementioned fields.
- Applicant must be employed in a regular capacity in CPSE, Central Govt Group 'A' Officers/All India Services, SPSE (annual turnover Rs. 5,000 crore or more), or Private Sector/JV/Federations (annual turnover Rs. 5,000 crore or more).
- Must meet the eligible scale of pay / rank criteria specified in the notification.
