- Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI OR Cost Accountant (CMA) from ICMAI with valid professional membership.
- Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years in a senior finance leadership position (at E-6 level or above in CPSE/State PSE, or not more than two levels below CEO/MD in listed private companies).
- Substantial experience in corporate accounts, budgeting, taxation, audit, internal controls, risk management, and hands-on experience in ERP/HRMS.
